At Shop Denuvo Resale and Consignment, all sales are final. Because our inventory consists of pre-owned and consigned items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We carefully inspect and describe each item before listing. Please review all photos and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Exceptions

If an item arrives significantly not as described (wrong item, major undisclosed damage), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@shopdenuvo.com and we will work to make it right.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can file a claim on your behalf.
